French Ring Sport collar which is also known as a Dominant Dog collar or a Grot.

This collar is an effective tool used for extreme working dogs especially on the 'Out'. This collar sits high up on the neck and provides the right stimulation when out-ing a dog and has various other training uses in obedience and control training. This collar is better to use than a chain if it is used for this purpose as it promotes a fast clean and swift behaviour.

This is also used by many to act as a safety line which is clipped on the lead as well as a secondary collar in case it breaks or opens as with some incorrectly fitted prong collars.

This collar should be used as a training tool, never left on the dogs neck unattended, this collar is a training tool and should not be allowed to let a dog lunge and hit the end of the leash for health and safety reasons.
