Collar cover, made from a durable material with elastic so it cn be pulled over the head of the dog easily and cover ecollar or prong collar for a comfortable fit. there is an opening to connect the leash when using a prong so it fits well.
The cover allows you to hide the prong or ecollar if you do not with it to be evident in public, it also provides some protection from the elements or when in grassy/natural areas to avoid leaves, twigs and grass getting caught up if going through narrow treks and paths around the undergrowth.
